Araceli is constantly called by her clients as a "Dream Architect" for her ability to structure proposals to the preferences and needs of her clients along with her counseling, creativity and resources. President & CEO, GARZA MANAGEMENT CORP Sonic Drive-In Franchisee Joel Garza is President and CEO of Garza Management Corp. Garza Management Corp was created in 1997 to manage and oversee the operations of Sonic Drive-In Fast Food Restaurants.

The Corporation started with one Sonic Drive-In location in the Houston area and has grown to be the largest Sonic Drive-In Franchisee operation in the Houston market with over 40 drive-ins and currently employing close to 1,400 people.

Mr. Garza has served in the Sonic Drive-In Franchise Advisor Committee (FAC) as an advisor in the Profit Committee. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Houston Area Sonic Drive-Ins where he advises on local marketing and budgeting.

In 2015, Mr. Garza joined the Board of Directors of the Mexican Institute of Greater Houston (MIGH). MIGH is a non-profit organization created to provide basic computer literacy courses to the underserved minority population to help develop the skills necessary to become effective leaders in the community and work force. In this capacity, he has advised and served in the Annual Gala for the Institute.

In 2016, Mr. Garza received an award by the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (HHCC) for “Entrepreneur of the Year”. He was then asked by the HHCC to serve on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Garza has been married to his beautiful wife, Angie, for over 30 years. She is his business partner and Chief Strategy Officer for Garza Management Corp. Together, they have been blessed with three wonderful children Angie, Joel Jr. and Andres, and five gorgeous grandchildren Sophia (8), Gabriela (5), Andres Jr. (5), Ashton (3) and Austin (1). All of their children and son-in-law are also very much involved in the business.
